Welcome
Hello, welcome to Hopeful Farms Haflingers! Thanks for dropping by. HP is located in the beautiful Arlington Washington where it rains more then it shines. Arlington is a small town with plenty of land to have the perfect Haflinger farm on. Hopeful Farms is dedicated to breeding high quality Haflinger horses suitable for all disciplines. Our Haflinger horses can be found trail riding, jumping, doing dressage, driving, gaming, and western riding. We follow the World Haflinger Federation (WHF) breeding standards. We follow the WHF standards and procedures to insure quality Haflinger horses. All of our Haflinger Mares, Geldings and Stallions are classified and inspected by the international panel of judges. We do not breed any mare with a score lower than 69 or a stallion lower than 75. We only breed to outside stallions that are classified Gold or high Silver.
Though our horses can do anything we specialize in Western Pleasure, showmanship and halter. We show our Haflingers in 4-h, Zone, Open, Schooling, and breed shows. When showing at open, zone or 4-h shows we are often faced with competing against other breeds. These include Quarter horses, Paints and Arabians, breeds that are know in the western world. Our Haflingers compete against these breeds and Win. We are even blessed with a high point every once in a while.
Please take a look around and enjoy your stay!
