She hasn't been shown yet.

Margareit is a 4 year old Haflinger mare. She came here with her mother Mckayla to learn the wase of the horse. Margareit has had very limited handling and came to us only knowing what a halter was and very limited leading. She has learned tons at her stay at Hopeful Farms. She now knows how to lead like a normal horse, respect space, have food manners, tie, stand in crosstyes, stand still, squar up, pivot, trot off, clip and be a better horse to haul. She has also been saddled and sat on. She has handled her change in enviroment very well. She touched our 2 strand electric fence once and has yet to touch it again. She was quite 'shocked' and she and her mommy ran around the feild a little bit to shake it off. She has a kind heart and is trying to grow up.

We put her in a pasture with Marquisse to try and teach her a few horse manners as she has never been away from her mommy. She has no concept of body language and it make it herd to teach her anything! Thus she has now found out what blinking in the wrong direction means. We have just played musical horses agian and she is now with our 4 year old appy who is still mently a baby. They are best friends now! We hope to get new photos of her soon.
